Key Responsibilities: Conduct deep-dive research into brand identity, target audiences, and competitor landscape to identify creative opportunities. Develop strategic, trend-led ad concepts that capture attention and drive direct response. Write compelling copy for short-form video, including hooks, scripts, and clear calls to action. Use data from Meta Ads Manager or Motion to evaluate ad performance and guide creative iterations. Collaborate with and lead production teams to ensure final creatives align with strategic objectives. Essential Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in DTC e-commerce or creative strategy roles. Proven track record writing direct-response ads for social media, with a strong conversion focus. Proficient in analysing creative performance using Meta Ads Manager or Motion. Strong understanding of short-form video content and consumer psychology. Highly organised with a structured approach to script writing and idea development. Salary: €50,000 – €60,000
