We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Operations Leader to build, scale, and optimize our product operations function. Reporting directly to the CPO, you will be the connective tissue between product, engineering, customer success, marketing, and sales. Your mission:

manage Recurly’s major and minor releases, streamline processes, drive cross-functional alignment, and enable our product/GTM teams to deliver at scale with speed and quality. Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence & Process Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously improve product development/release processes, workflows, and best practices to increase efficiency and velocity across the product lifecycleOwn the product tech stack: evaluate, implement, and manage tools that enable product management and cross-functional collaborationStandardize planning, reporting, and documentation templates to facilitate alignment and transparencyData & Insights: Collect, organize, and analyze product data (adoption, engagement, retention, NPS, etc.

) to inform decision-making and influence roadmap priorities across productsEstablish and track key performance metrics for product team effectiveness and product successCross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between product and other teams, ensuring timely and audience-appropriate communication of product strategy, changes, and launchesCoordinate critical aspects of product launches, including go-to-market readiness with sales, marketing, and customer successProduct Culture & Enablement: Champion a product-led culture by promoting best practices, facilitating onboarding/training, and fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvementSet up and lead regular product ops meetings to drive alignment, identify bottlenecks, and surface improvement opportunitiesCustomer Feedback & Quality:

Implement systems to capture and synthesize customer and stakeholder feedback, ensuring it informs product development and quality initiativesPartner with technical support and customer success to monitor product health and drive resolution of escalated issuesQualifications7+ years’ experience in product operations, product management, or a related operational leadership role in SaaS or technology companiesProven track record of designing and scaling operational processes in a high-growth, cross-functional environmentStrong analytical skills; experienced with product analytics tools and data-driven decision-makingExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence at all levels of the organizationDeep familiarity with modern product development methodologies (Agile, Lean, etc.
