All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: DEMAND PLANNINGResponsible for analyzing the historical sales data, trends, base growth, distribution, market share and create/analyze a statistical forecast and determine the Operations Demand Plan in order to challenge/align with the Sales Demand Plan Collaborate with Sales to understand the past performance of sales, drive root cause analyzes to understand error in prior periods and highlight inconsistencies the latest.
Challenge the latest sales demand plan, to understand underlying assumptions and compare with the Operations Demand Plan In collaboration with Sales, Finance and Operations, align on the consensus Demand Plan during the monthly Demand Planning Meeting and update/fill out/adjust the Demand Plan in the planning tools in accordance with the consensus Foster collaboration and chair meetings with key customers(s) and/or distribution partner(s) to maintain knowledge of customers practices and achieve consensus forecast Responsible for aligning/composing the Placement Forecast for Point-of Sales items, identifying risks and opportunities to the operating plan and financial framework Create a robust planning function to support continuous improvement for the Business Support the achievement and reporting of forecasting (accuracy) targets Provide insights to the OPS Manager to conduct fact-based portfolio management and to implement a yearly SKU portfolio review cycle Collaborate with Finance & Sales to establish long term SKU portfolio management based on complexity and costs matrixSUPPLY PLANNINGTranslate monthly (globally balanced) supply plan to a weekly planning according to the guidelines, restrictions from Global Supply Chain Planning & Global Logistics HQ Establish and manage inventory levels to ensure no out of stocks, inventory levels according to business plans and ensure healthy product age according to the quality guidelines.
Alert to the Operations Manager in case of risks in inventory management and provide plan to reduce risks Manage product transitions of new and phasing out SKUsYour areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
Demonstrated 3+ years of experience working in areas of Demand & Supply Planning, Sales forecasting and Marketing activitiesComprehensive knowledge of retail accounts operations, forecasting technology, systems, market research data and supply chain managementAbility to develop relationships with other areas of the business particularly the Sales, Finance and Marketing teamsProven ability to conduct complex, quantitative and statistical analyses complimented with qualitative inputs from multiple sources to draw conclusions and make recommendationsExcellent coordination and communication skillsDeep knowledge and experience in SAP IBP, ERP & Planning toolsAdvanced MS Office skills, specially ExcelSelf-motivated team member who can drive resolution to issues with strong problem-solving skillsRed Bull Hungaria Kft.
