Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to be based in London, UK. The core purpose of this role is to organize and structure internal and external data assets to support the implementation of AI tools and advanced analytics. This involves creating scalable data models, building semantic layers, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role bridges the gap between raw data and actionable insights, ensuring data is effectively modelled and prepared to drive advanced analytics and AI initiatives.
This role has a large part to play in both driving strategic business decisions in the long term and tracking performance short term. It has high exposure to multiple departments both locally and at our HQ in Austria, so developing excellent relationships with our internal stakeholders is key. Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Curiosity: Continuously eager to learn, improve systems, processes, and tools, while uncovering unexpected connections between data points that lead to valuable insights. Programming:
know at least one of Python, SQL, R with the ability and willingness to learn the other two. Snowflake or Databricks knowledge is a plus. Data Literacy: Ability to prepare high-quality datasets that preserve the core meaning of the data, enabling quick understanding of its relevance and implications for the problem at hand. Communication: a great communicator at all levels, capable of managing stakeholders’ expectations.
