Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Shopper Marketing Manager - Grocery to be based in London, UK. The Shopper Marketing Manager is responsible in delivering Perfect Store across the Off Premise customer base, ensuring Red Bull looks like #1 in store. Our aim is to increase sales and market share by accelerating availability to put Red Bull in the maximum danger of being sold. We need to ensure we are siting great placements in all locations of the shopperâs journey in store.
We do this by working with the Off Premise Sales Team to find the opportunities and work with our Operations team to find provide the right chilled and/or ambient equipment. All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: Increase Additional Ambient & Chilled Availability AcrossDriving the Perfect Store ( Ambient and Chilled placement) â giving chillers and Point of Sale solutions the importance they need for our Customers Responsible for tracking, collating and forecasting the budget working closely with the National Account, Net Revenue and Commercial Finance team.
Keeping the Off Premise and Customers up to date on the tools and creative solutions for excellent in store execution of ambient and chilled equipment. Responsible for producing compelling sell in decks for our Morrisons and Asda account teams Sourcing and activating the right equipment and setting annual POS targets per customer. Project manage large scale rollouts in national customers. Proactively generate ideas and innovation for new solutions in store.
Work with Asda and Morrisons media teams to activate promotions and NPDShopper TeamBeing an active and vocal member of the Shopper Team and contribute to the teamâs mission of âEngaging Shoppers and Inspiring Retailersâ. Playing your part in the yearly Brand plan and Shopper execution planning cycle. Attending Customer meetings to bring the Red Bull campaigns to life, delivering innovation and differentiation. Collaborate with other Shopper Marketing Managers to ensure that the Shopperâs experience is always at the heart of any in store activity.
