With over 50 team members and a revenue base exceeding $7. 5M annually, we're looking for a leader who can drive structure, compliance, and performance while keeping us lean and commercially sharp. About the RoleAs COO/CFO, you’ll be responsible for the systems, processes, and financial oversight that keep our business running efficiently.
Working alongside the CEO, you’ll lead critical functions such as: Financial Management – Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow oversight, and cost controlGovernance & Compliance – Insurance, licensing, HR, OHS, and industry standardsOperational Systems – Estimating processes, project performance reporting, and software implementationTeam Development – Designing and delivering training for managers, foremen, and apprenticesStrategy Execution – Supporting data-driven decision-making and reporting on business performanceYou’ll have a direct hand in shaping the way our business scales while maintaining quality, safety, and financial discipline.
What You BringProven experience in a senior operations and/or finance role (ideally combined)Strong commercial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting expertiseDeep understanding of compliance requirements and governance frameworksAbility to design and implement systems and training across a dispersed workforceExperience with construction management software (Ideally Procore)Experience in construction or trades-based industries is highly regardedComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentRemuneration & BenefitsBase salary:
