4-5 + years of relevant experience in office management, executive assistance, or operations support—ideally in an international or corporate environmentExperience in supporting senior management and liaising with multiple departments (HR, legal, finance, facilities)Background in companies with regulated or industrial sectors (e. g. logistics, energy, finance, real estate) is a plusExcellent communication skills in English and French.
