Job Title: Data ScientistDivision: Pricing and Advanced AnalyticsReports to: Lead Data ScientistLocation: Dublin office (Hybrid)Job Summary: An exciting opportunity to join the Pricing and Advanced Analytics team at RedClick Insurance. The role involves developing predictive models and analytical tools to support strategic, data-driven decision-making. You will balance innovation with practical business application, working in an agile and iterative environment to deliver impactful solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise, curiosity and the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead high-impact technical projects with strategic impact from design through to delivery.

Develop, validate and deploy machine learning models and analytical solutions, with a focus on interpretability and business impact. Collaborate with business partners to apply analytics to business problems. Mentor and guide other data scientists. Manage multiple complex projects and communicate progress effectively. Understand market dynamics and deliver actionable insights. Qualifications: Master’s/PhD in Data Science, Mathematics, Computing, Statistics, or related field. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with a strong applied track record. Knowledge & Experience: 2+ years in a data science role. Strong applied knowledge of statistical techniques (tree-based models, GLMs, clustering, interpretability techniques, neural networks).

Good working knowledge of MLOps practices (version control, reproducibility, model deployment and monitoring). Familiarity with Generative AI tools and applications is desirable. Proficient in Python and associated data science libraries. Experience with large datasets and enterprise-scale databases. Understanding of insurance principles is a plus. Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time and adapt to changing challenges. Commitment to data quality and best practice.
