The company is growing quickly and is building a team of creative, driven professionals who are excited about shaping the future of digital marketing.About The PositionIn this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing Reddit content strategies that authentically promote our clients’ products and services within the Reddit ecosystem. You’ll act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing relationships, understanding their goals, and ensuring their success through engaging community content.What You'll DoServe as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients.Manage onboarding, define client KPIs, and create personalized content roadmaps.Lead and support weekly calls with each client.Create and manage Reddit content strategies based on client objectives.Use AI tools to draft, refine, and adapt content to Reddit audiences.Collaborate with an internal team to deliver campaigns aligned with each client’s voice and goals.Communicate daily via Slack and Discord.What You BringExperience as a community manager or digital marketer, ideally in social media content creation and engagement.A deep understanding of Reddit: how to navigate communities, engage authentically, and create posts that get traction.Customer support or customer success experience (+2 years)Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to generate and iterate on content.Strong written and spoken English — you’re able to adapt tone, style, and language for different audiences.Strong organizational skills, with experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.A proactive mindset: you ask the right questions, anticipate client needs, and make strategic suggestions.Bonus PointsPrevious experience working in SaaS or with startups.Hands-on Reddit content creation experience for marketing campaigns.Familiarity with pricing, growth, or analytics tools.Other DetailsFull-time, remote position.You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team.Work in flexible hours but must be available for 1 weekly client call per account.If this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume!
