A high-growth real estate investment platform backed by leading global institutional capital is looking for a motivated Investment Analyst to join their team. This vertically integrated platform manages multiple funds focused exclusively on Australia’s living sector. With in-house capabilities across development, operations, and capital. Three investment vehicles have been established to date, several new development funds are in planning, alongside a future core fund and a manager co-investment vehicle.
The RoleIt’s a hands-on role with exposure to every aspect of the business, including funds management, capital raising, and transactions, while gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of institutional-grade residential developments, from deal sourcing through to fund execution and ongoing management. Key responsibilities:
Build and maintain financial models for development and income-producing assetsSupport due diligence, feasibility analysis, and investment papersAssist with fund structuring, investor reporting, and legal documentationPrepare presentations and materials for institutional and private investorsCollaborate with internal teams across development, operations, and financeTrack market activity, support capital raising, and assess new investment opportunitiesAbout You1–3 years’ experience in real estate investmentsStrong Excel and modelling capabilityInterest in the living sector and broader real estate investment landscapeAnalytical and commercially minded, with strong attention to detailComfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment with senior exposure
