This private equity partner is a global specialist in infrastructure and real assets, with over 20 years of experience investing across core-plus and value-add strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Support the evaluation and execution of strategic transactions (M&A, JVs, partnerships, platform investments)Build detailed financial models, business cases, and investment memorandaAssist with capital raising activities across both equity and debt, including investor presentations, due diligence support, and deal structuringConduct deep market and competitor analysis across the global data centre sectorCollaborate with internal teams — Investment, Development, Capital, Legal — to assess risk, feasibility, and valueCoordinate due diligence processes and manage external advisors (legal, technical, tax, financial)Prepare Board and IC materials to support strategic decision-makingMaintain and track the corporate development and capital pipelineKey Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in investment banking with a focus on digital infrastructure, real estate, or TMT. Additional buyside experience in private equity, infrastructure investing, or corporate development would be highly regarded. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, deal execution, capital partner engagement, and investor communication. Commercial acumen with the ability to assess market opportunities and structure complex deals. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a track record of working with senior internal and external stakeholders.
