Key Responsibilities / TasksTake responsibility for both business development and risk management of the companyGrow and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and clients in the marketAnalyse and assess business to implement a thorough risk management frameworkMonitor regulatory changes and best industry best practice to ensure complianceWork closely with the Directorial team to develop and implement company strategyKey Qualifications / Experience 3+ Years of proven international risk management/compliance experience (Hedging experience a benefit)Commercial experience a benefit, commercial mindset a mustThe ideal candidate is agile, proactive, diligent, detail-oriented and perceptive with excellent communication skills (English – written and spoken)Must be looking to the future as role has strong potential to either become more senior or more commercially focusedRole ideally to be based in Riga
