Job Description

REDUCED is seeking a structured, proactive, and self-driven Student Assistant to join our HR team, supporting various administrative and coordinating tasks for 15–20 hours per week. Your tasks will range from recruitment coordination to policy development, culture building, and HR system maintenance. This role is ideal for HR students looking to gain hands-on experience and deepen their understanding of people operations in a dynamic FoodTech scale-up. You’ll gain exposure to the full HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to policy development and culture initiatives.

You will report directly to the Head of Finance & Administration and work closely with multiple departments. We are especially looking for someone who can grow with us and transition into a full-time role within 1–2 years. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your university obligations. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative HR support to the Head of Finance Manage the coordination and logistics of employee onboarding and offboarding Run the maintenance and organization of employee records, both physical and digital Design and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures Handle employee surveys and collect feedback Collaborate across departments to support smooth workflows Contribute to shaping and nurturing the (office) culture Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function Perform other general office and administrative dutiesIs This You? Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources or related field Strong self-organization skills and a problem-solving mindset Effective communication and interpersonal skills High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion Keen interest in understanding the dynamics of startups and scaling companies Ideally experience with HR and payroll software Strong English and Danish skills Based in or around CopenhagenJoin Our TeamBecome part of a dedicated team of over 30 individuals driven by a passion for food innovation and sustainability.
