Reel Specialist - Jamaica

This is a remote position.We’re on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented Reel Specialist who can produce high-quality, engaging Reels at scale. Create bulk Reels optimized for Instagram and other short-form video platforms. Design and edit video content using Canva with a keen eye for layout, transitions, and visual storytelling. Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, sounds, and formats to ensure relevancy and engagement. Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align Reels with brand messaging and campaign goals. Manage and organize a high volume of video assets to ensure efficiency and timely delivery. Maintain consistent quality and creativity across all Reels. Requirements Proven experience creating Reels or short-form video content, especially in bulk. Expert-level proficiency in Canva (video editing and design). Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. A creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of visual storytelling. Benefits Basic understanding of other video editing tools (e.g. Canva).
