We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Aftermarket Director to lead and optimize our aftermarket operations across the EMEA region. This is a key leadership role within our NH&S Solutions Aftermarket team and is critical to driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth.Location: EMEA Region (with regular travel)Business Area: N&H Solutions – AftermarketPosition Type: Full-time, Senior LeadershipRole OverviewThe Regional Aftermarket Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the aftermarket and service operations across the EMEA region. This role ensures delivery of high-quality, timely, and cost-effective service, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction, financial performance, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all regional aftermarket and service operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiencyManage regional P&L, including revenue targets, margin performance, and cost controlDrive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement across service functionsDevelop and lead high-performing teams; build capability to meet current and future needsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with external service partnersCollaborate with cross-functional leaders in Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, HR, and EngineeringEnsure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and operational standardsOversee planning, delivery, and performance of service quotes and aftermarket supportContribute to the development of strategic goals and operational initiativesQualifications And ExperienceProven leadership experience within service or manufacturing operationsDemonstrated success managing people-managers and distributed teamsStrong financial, analytical, and strategic planning skillsAbility to lead change and drive performance improvement initiativesExperience building customer-focused, high-performance culturesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with MS Office tools; SAP experience is a plusFluency in English (both technical and conversational)Additional RequirementsWillingness to travel regularly across the EMEA regionComfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsThis is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our aftermarket business across the EMEA region.
