We are committed to earning trust every day and uphold values such as integrity, professionalism, and a passion for excellence.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Regional Asset Manager located on-site in Dallas Fort Worth, Texas. The Regional Asset Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily property (or portfolio), ensuring financial performance, resident satisfaction, and team alignment. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the balance between hospitality and asset performance.Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Manage leasing, renewals, and occupancy strategies to meet revenue goals Supervise maintenance, vendor relations, and capital improvement projects Ensure compliance with local regulations, fair housing laws, and company policies  Financial Management Prepare and manage budgets, variances, monitor expenses, and optimize NOI Provide financial oversight, assist preparing and monitoring monthly financials, and delinquency reports Collaborate with Asset Manager on performance updates and strategic initiatives  Team & Resident Engagement Lead, train, and motivate onsite staff to deliver exceptional service Resolve resident concerns with professionalism and empathy Foster a community culture that reflects the property’s brand and values  Qualifications ✔ 5+ years of proven experience managing multifamily properties (DFW market preferred), Regional Manager Experience a Plus. ✔ Strong knowledge of property management systems (e.g. RealPage, Yardi, Resman) ✔ Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and onsite teams ✔ Excellent communication (Spanish speaking a plus) leadership, and problem-solving skills. ✔ Leading property takeovers and property management transitions preferred. ✔Affordable housing experience preferred  Compensation:  Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience
