Job Title: Regional Automotive Account ManagerSalary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 per yearPosition SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Regional Automotive Account Manager to oversee and grow automotive staffing accounts across a designated state. This role focuses on ensuring consistent client success, maintaining strong relationships, and collaborating closely with our staffing branches to deliver high-quality service.The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry, be comfortable traveling to client sites, and be confident in building relationships and driving business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Success Management:Act as the primary point of contact for all automotive clients in the region.Conduct regular site visits to maintain strong relationships and ensure quality staffing services.Quickly address and resolve client concerns to maintain high satisfaction.Regional Ownership & Reporting:Take full responsibility for the success of automotive accounts in the region.Report all findings, trends, and recommendations directly to the Vice President at HQ.Collaboration with Staffing Branches:Work closely with local staffing branches to ensure client staffing needs are met efficiently.Support branch teams in workforce planning, onboarding, and account expansion efforts.Business Development & Sales:Meet with potential clients to present staffing solutions and grow the automotive client base.Conduct sales calls and onsite meetings to drive new business opportunities.Accountability & Performance Management:Hold branch teams accountable for service quality, fulfillment speed, and client satisfaction goals.Review account performance and recommend process improvements when needed.Travel:Travel throughout the assigned region to meet with clients, visit branches, and support business growth.Qualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAutomotive industry experience strongly preferred2+ years in account management, staffing, or sales rolesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM toolsWillingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
