Role Summary:We are hiring for this position for one of our subsidiary companies, Mastery of Artistic Construction - MAC, which is positioning itself as an integrated construction solutions provider covering the full spectrum of project requirements. As the contracting arm of CPC, MAC operates as a fit-out and envelope contractor while also leading the project management and contracting functions across all CPC subsidiaries—ensuring seamless integration, efficiency, and the successful delivery of complex projects.The Bidding & Fit-Out Director is responsible for leading the bidding, estimation, and pre-construction functions for interior fit-out projects. The role oversees the development of competitive proposals, ensures accurate cost estimation, and drives successful project award strategies. This position also provides executive leadership in client engagement, value engineering, and collaboration with design, commercial, and project delivery teams.Key Responsibilities:Bidding & Estimation LeadershipLead the end-to-end bidding process for all fit-out projects, from tender review to final submission.Develop competitive pricing strategies and ensure accurate, market-aligned cost estimates.Oversee preparation of technical proposals, BOQs, compliance documents, and commercial packages.Ensure tenders fully comply with client requirements, regulations, and organizational standards.Strategic Planning & Business GrowthIdentify new business opportunities and support expansion into new sectors and regions.Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and risk factors to optimize commercial positioning.Technical & Design CoordinationCollaborate with design, engineering, and procurement teams to validate drawings, materials, and specifications.Lead value-engineering initiatives to enhance project competitiveness and profitability.Review technical submittals, material selections, and construction methodologies for accuracy and feasibility.Team & Stakeholder ManagementLead and mentor the estimation, QS, and bidding teams, ensuring high performance and skill development.Coordinate with project management and commercial teams to ensure seamless project handover after award.Represent the company in high-level client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.Risk & Quality ManagementConduct comprehensive risk assessments for bids, including technical, financial, and contractual risks.Review contracts and tender documents to ensure compliance and mitigate exposure.Implement continuous improvement processes in bidding, documentation, and workflow systems.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 12–15 years of experience in fit-out envelops, interior Finishing, or related construction sectors, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record leading large-scale fit-out tenders (commercial, retail, hospitality, luxury, corporate).Strong understanding of contracts, costing, BOQs, procurement, and construction methodologies.Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.High proficiency in estimation software, MS Office, and project management tools.Strong network of suppliers, subcontractors, and industry stakeholders (GCC experience preferred).
