Regional Brand Manager | Riyadh, KSA (Maternity Cover)What This Role Is AboutAs the Regional Brand Manager for a leading e-commerce and retail company in the GCC, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving brand strategy, growth, and consistency across the region.This is a maternity cover role, ideal for a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional with a strong understanding of GCC markets, digital landscapes, and retail dynamics. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping the brand’s regional identity and ensuring its seamless execution across all channels.You will lead brand activities for Saudi Arabia and the GCC, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, e-commerce, merchandising, and operations. Your leadership will be crucial in strengthening brand visibility, customer engagement, and market share in one of the company’s fastest-growing regions.The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit7+ years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing, or communications, preferably within e-commerce or retail sectors.Proven experience in GCC markets, with a deep understanding of regional consumer behavior and brand positioning strategies.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.Strong expertise in digital marketing, campaign execution, and influencer collaborations.Demonstrated success in managing cross-market brand campaigns and driving ROI-focused marketing initiatives.Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.Experience in budget management, performance tracking, and reporting marketing KPIs.Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms is an advantage.Must be based in Riyadh and available to join immediately.This position offers the opportunity to lead a fast-paced, high-impact portfolio at a time of rapid regional growth.
