Aerones is excited to invite applications for the position of Regional Business Manager. In this key role, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth across your designated region, promoting our advanced wind turbine maintenance and robotics solutions. As a Regional Business Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring that Aerones continues to be a leader in the wind energy sector.To thrive in this position, the ideal candidate should be ready to spend 2-3 weeks in beautiful Riga, Latvia, immersing themselves in our technology, connecting with the team, and networking. Additionally, you'll have the chance to join our commercial team at various international tradeshows throughout the year!ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, focusing on growth in existing accounts and acquiring new clientsDevelop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Aerones' overall business goalsEstablish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs, contractors, and government entitiesConduct market research to understand the local competitive landscape and customer needsDrive the proposal process, including preparation, presentation, and negotiation of contracts and service agreementsWork collaboratively with the engineering and project management teams to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfactionWork with key staff to establish and support partners in Asia Pacific (exc. China)Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet sales targetsRepresent Aerones at industry events, conferences, and trade showsRequirements5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the renewable energy, industrial services, or technology sectorsProven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful customer relationshipsStrong understanding of the wind energy market and operations, particularly maintenance servicesExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficient in CRM software and MS Office suite for reporting and analysisAbility to travel regionally as requiredFluency in English; knowledge of the local language(s) is an advantageBenefitsOpportunity to represent the global leader in robotic wind turbine maintenance and inspection services, working in a supportive and developing work environment and cultureFriendly and knowledgeable colleagues, as well as team eventsCommission opportunities based on your achievements
