Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager – South America Duty-Free & Regional Trade to lead the expansion of our tobacco and alcohol products in the Middle East. This is a high-impact, independent role for an experienced trader/hunter who thrives in dynamic, cross-border markets.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in South America markets, including free trade zones and duty-free channels.Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and trade partners across the region.Develop and implement market entry strategies, pricing, and portfolio plans to maximize revenue and market share.Independently manage end-to-end commercial operations, including contract negotiation, pricing, order management, and logistics.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities and inform business strategy.Ensure compliance with local regulations, trade laws, and duty-free procedures.Represent YSQ International at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events in the Middle East.Work autonomously as a “lone wolf hunter”, driving business growth without heavy organizational structure.RequirementsProven experience in international trade, FMCG, tobacco, or alcohol distribution, preferably in South America duty-free markets or free trade zones.Track record of opening new markets, developing distributors, and securing high-value contracts.Strong negotiation, commercial acumen, and strategic thinking.Comfortable working independently and traveling frequently across the region.Knowledge of import/export regulations, bonded warehouses, and duty-free operations is highly desirable.What We OfferA highly autonomous role with significant impact on business growth in a key strategic region.Exposure to cross-border trade operations in regulated FMCG sectors.Competitive remuneration package and performance-based incentives.
