Are you a growth-driven commercial leader with a passion for sales strategy, digital performance, and regional expansion? TCL is looking for a Regional Business Development & Sales Lead to spearhead our commercial engine across Singapore and Indonesia. In this role, you’ll bridge Business Development, Digital Sales, and Performance Marketing, owning the full funnel from lead generation to revenue delivery. You’ll work closely with our marketing, social, and IT teams to accelerate growth across our Corporate, Retail, and Franchise business pillars.What You Will Lead and Drive1. Lead Generation & Sales ExecutionBuild and execute high-quality lead generation funnels for TCL’s core business pillars (Corporate, Online, Franchise).Drive and achieve sales targets through online and offline channels.Deliver strong sales conversion through paid digital campaigns.2. Performance, Analytics & ReportingTrack and analyze KPIs including CAC, LTV, ROI, and campaign performance.Generate insights that optimize sales, funnel effectiveness, and customer acquisition strategies.3. Omnichannel Campaign LeadershipPartner with Marketing & Social Marketing teams to design integrated campaigns across social media, email, paid media, and digital platforms.Ensure consistent messaging and high-impact execution across markets.4. Digital & Paid Media StrategyOwn strategy and execution of paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).Lead SEM initiatives and collaborate with SEO leads to grow organic search performance.Develop digital strategies tailored to each business unit and audience segment.5. Marketing Automation & Digital WorkflowsWork with the IT team to implement automation tools that improve customer journey, engagement, and sales performance.6.
