You’ll build partnerships with municipalities, retailers, schools, and collection operators, ensure operational execution in the field, and deliver on collection targets in line with RLG’s quality, cost, and environmental standards.This is a high-mobility role (field-based) with frequent travel across the assigned region.🚀 What You’ll Do✅ Identify, onboard, and grow a network of local partners (authorities, retail, collectors, companies, schools)✅ Negotiate and implement collaboration agreements/protocols in line with budgets and commercial policy✅ Coordinate and monitor field operations for collection programs (WEEE & Batteries)✅ Plan and execute regular visits; track partner performance and provide operational support✅ Organize local collection actions/campaigns with schools and town halls✅ Prepare periodic reports on network status, volumes, risks, and opportunities; propose improvements🎯 What You Bring5+ years professional experience, including 3+ years in WEEE/environmental services/waste collection or field B2B partnerships/salesWorking knowledge of Romanian legislation for WEEE & Batteries (DBA)Strong negotiation, relationship management, and contract implementation skillsCategory B driving licence; willingness to travel frequently in the allocated areaSolid Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and reporting/analysis skillsClear communication, results orientation, planning and organization➕ Nice to HaveExperience with public–private partnerships, CSR or environmental projectsFamiliarity with CRM/ERP toolsEnglish at intermediate level🌱 Why Join UsAt RLG Romania, you’ll directly support the circular economy by expanding sustainable collection networks and ensuring real-world environmental impact.
