The PositionWe’re looking for a full-time Contract Manager to join our great team in Vienna, where you’ll manage the end-to-end clinical trial site contracting process. This role offers the chance to work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, contributing directly to the success of clinical research projects. If you’re keen team player who values ownership, precision, and collaboration, this position could be a great fit for you.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate clinical trial contracting process end-to-endAssure contracts are contracted timely and in line with internal and external rules and regulationsResolve contracting obstacles while engaging relevant internal and external stakeholdersSupport external supplier in contract negotiations processRequirementsExpertise and experience in clinical trial contract management and negotiations. Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly identify problems and successfully implement solutionsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously and effectively while maintaining clear communicationExcellent internal and external negotiation and communication skillsProfessional fluency in EnglishPlease note that employment takes place via one of our external partners.
