Join Cultural Care Au Pair as a Regional Coordinator and help grow our community of global families by promoting our au pair program across Argentina.Your RoleAs a Regional Coordinator based in Buenos Aires, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding brand awareness in your region. You’ll work to reach ambitious goals while being part of a supportive and fun team.Key Responsibilities:Own and grow sales in your assigned regionEngage with potential customers via phone and in-person to promote the programRecruit, screen, and support au pair candidatesOrganize and attend promotional eventsDevelop long-term strategies based on market research and local insightsYou are:Sales-driven and motivated by resultsOrganized, proactive, and solution-orientedA strong communicator, both on the phone and face-to-faceA team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environmentPassionate about cultural exchange and making a differenceRequirements:Minimum 1 year of sales experience (telemarketing, sales representative, etc.)Proven success in phone and in-person salesFluent in Spanish and EnglishExcellent presentation and public speaking skillsWillingness to travel and work flexible hoursAbout UsAt Cultural Care Au Pair, we believe that cultural exchange has the power to make the world a more welcoming, understanding, and open place.
