Regional Destribution Centre Operations Manager

PositionResponsible for Regional distribution centre setup and daily operations located in DubaiJob responsibilitiesLead the setup of Regional Distribution Centre in Dubai;Prepare user manual of Warehouse Management SystemAct as key user of internal Warehouse Management System for Regional Distribution Centre.Perform UAT / regression test for WMS & SAPResponsible of the 3PL managementMonitor and measure the performance of the 3PL service providers to ensure their fulfillment on service levelResponsible for the stock accuracy including stock control, cycle count organization and stock check in the warehouse regularly.Responsible of subcontracting expensesContribute to cross-functionnal projects (B2B/B2C)In charge of packaging and B2C client experience linked to DC operationsIdentify improvement opportunities to enhance the warehouse operations efficiency and effectivenessProfileBachelor or above in Logistics or related disciplinesAt least 8 years working experience in warehousing management, ideally in luxury retailExperience in project managementStrong comprehensive knowledge of warehouse management system, inventory controlProficient in all Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPointStrong stakeholder management experience, analytical skills and problem solving skillsA collaborative team player who enjoys working in a cross-functional team environmentAble to work under multi-tasking environment and be flexible in adapting to changing prioritiesFluent EnglishPassion for taking challengesComfort and ability to work in fast-paced, agile environment
