In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic collaborations, cultivate key partnerships, and secure vital resources to enhance the programme's long-term sustainability.With a strong understanding of the inter-relationship of people and nature and with substantive experience in biodiversity conservation or a related discipline, you will have a proven record of ownership of, and accountability for, conservation programme strategy, management and operational delivery, together with experience working in Asia-Pacific and a thorough understanding of the conservation landscape within this region.We are looking for an exceptional leader with proven programme management experience, capable of inspiring and motivating teams and partners to achieve sustainable conservation impact across the Asia-Pacific region. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to network effectively, produce high-quality reports, and draft compelling funding proposals. Your analytical skills should enable you to manage conservation risks effectively, while your strategic thinking will help you build strong donor relationships and navigate complex socio-political landscapes.
