Regional Director, Enterprise, Growth

We’re looking for a talented, driven Regional Director, Indonesia with great energy, passion and initiative. This is a first line leadership position, to lead a highly talented team of ICs to develop and grow the Indonesian market.The Regional Director for Indonesia is focused on developing and implementing a sales growth and development strategy for Indonesia. This strategy aims to increase revenue, acquire new customers, expand the footprint on our install base, and facilitate recruitment. Their efforts are crucial in driving awareness and new business acquisition for MongoDB, the world's fastest-growing database.As the Regional Director, with a focus on Recruitment, Enablement and Execution for the Indonesian team, you will drive revenue and assure the continued successful trajectory of this strategically important region.We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Singapore for our hybrid working model, with frequent travel to Indonesia.What you will be doingDevelop and grow our footprint in the Indonesian market directly and via our partnersCoach the Sales team to close business and to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual bookings objectivesEnable the team to proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipelineProactively recruit and develop Enterprise Sales ExecutivesFoster strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunitiesWork closely with the Solution Architects, Customer Success Managers, Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction and with Marketing to conduct seminars, trade shows and other marketing related eventsBe an example of MongoDB culture and values; live them, and inspire othersWhat you will bring to the tableProven experience with growing and expanding opportunities in the Indonesian marketProven experience in building & leading high performing sales teamsAbility to articulate the business value of complex enterprise software technologyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targetsExcellent leadership and influencing skills; ability to build strong business partnerships both outside and within the organizationSkilled at business planning and diligent at measuring and communicating progress towards the plan, identifying roadblocks, and coming up with appropriate solutionsSkilled in managing time and resources; sound approach to qualifying opportunitiesAbout MongoDBMongoDB is built for change, empowering our customers and our people to innovate at the speed of the market.
