Job SummaryThe Regional Director of Operations (RDO) for the East Texas Portfolio serves as the operational leader for a network of skilled nursing facilities, responsible for achieving excellence in clinical outcomes, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of assigned skilled nursing facilities, ensuring alignment with company standards, regulatory requirements, and performance expectations.Drive budget performance, monitor key metrics (EBITDA, census, payer mix), and implement strategies to ensure financial health and sustainability.QualificationsMinimum 3- 5 years of multi-facility operational leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.Must hold or be eligible for a Texas Nursing Home Administrator (LNFA) license.EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
