As a Regional Director with our Wealth Management client, you will be a growth catalyst for your territory – empowering advisors, driving regional expansion, and strengthening their client focused culture. Both Leader in the Region and Practitioner, reporting to the Divisional Leader, you will lead the development of a high-performing advisor team through intentional coaching, professional development, and strategic business planning.Your mission is to build a thriving regional office where advisors grow their practices, deliver exceptional client experiences, and align with the firm’s broader vision and values.Key Responsibilities:Drive Growth and Business Planning: Partner with advisors to create and execute individualized growth plans tied to the regional business strategy. Support prospecting, COI development, marketing campaigns, custodian and client referral initiatives. As well as growing and servicing clients in their own practice.Coach and Develop Advisors: Serve as a mentor and coach, focused on professional development, goal setting, and skill building. Facilitate ongoing learning and training opportunities to elevate advisor performance.Lead Advisor Transitions: Guide new advisors through onboarding, technology adoption, and client transition into the organization’s planning and investment frameworks.Foster a Collaborative, High-Performance Culture: Create a team environment centered on trust, engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.Enhance Client Experience: Partner with the Associate Divisional Leader and internal teams – financial planning, client service, investment management, and operations to streamline workflows and ensure exceptional, consistent service delivery.Support Talent Management: Oversee advisor performance management with an emphasis on coaching and support. Collaborate with HR and the Associate Divisional Leader on career development, performance reviews, and, when needed, performance improvement plans.Recruit and Retain Top Talent: Identify and attract growth-minded advisors aligned with the core values of the firm. Support long-term retention by fostering meaningful engagement and career pathing.Champion Change and Innovation: Drive adoption of best practices, new technology, and firm-wide initiatives that enhance advisor effectiveness and client outcomes.Serve as a Brand Ambassador: Represent Company in the community and with clients through public events, seminars, and content contributions that support the firm’s visibility and growth.What You Bring:Bachelor’s degree required; business or finance preferred.20+ years of experience in wealth management, including leadership and advisor-facing roles.CFP® designation or willingness to obtain.A passion for coaching and developing financial advisors.Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment strategy, and client service excellence.Experience working with high net worth and ultra high net worth clients and prospects with varying degrees of complexity.Proven track record of driving growth through business development, team leadership, and talent management.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence, motivate, and collaborate.Highly organized and execution-oriented, with a strategic mindset.Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and best practices in advisor compliance and operations.Expected annual compensation: $175,000-$275,000
