Job Description

Job Purpose:Planning & Organizing export sales activities within the assigned territory to achieve annual export sales target.Reporting To:Head of ExportResponsibilities:Strategic Planning-Takes responsibility for developing and delivering an approach to strategic planning for a key part of the organization.Client & Customer Management-Manages key client and customer relationships, typically by using account teams to ensure their -ongoing satisfaction and loyalty toward the organization.Sales-Sells a range of products and services to significant customers and/or manages a sales team with guidance from senior colleagues to achieve sales targets for a given area.Budgeting & Costing-Manages the development and/or delivery of budget plans for own department.Data Collection & Analysis-Analyzes key themes using data from a wide range of sources and identifies possible impacts on the business.Tasks:-Analyze global industry trends for potential new markets and business opportunities.-Design market research constructs, requirements and procedures.-Monitor, Plan and develop export sales activities and participate in setting goals and executing the organization export sales policies.-Develop customer loyalty plans for international markets.-Develop new market entry business strategies.Develop sales, marketing, brand communication and public relations strategies for different international markets.-Profile new target customers and market segments in international markets.-Review customer acquisition and retention programs in various international markets.-Resolve Customer Complaints regarding sales and services.-Coordinate and direct sales activities with other departments inside the organization.-Prepare pricing and discount rates.-Prepare and submit periodic export sales reports.Competencies:5-7 years of experience in the same position specifically in Industrial fieldEngineering, BSc/BA in commerce, business administration, or information systems.Speaking French is a plus.Preference industries:Building Materials.Steel.Any Engineering Industry.
