Backed by global investors and operating in multiple Asian markets, our mission is to accelerate the clean energy transition through world-class engineering, financial discipline, and sustainable project delivery.Role OverviewAs Financial Manager, you will be the financial anchor of our regional operations including Malaysia, Singapore, Bangladesh, Philippines, China and Indonesia, ensuring robust project costing, cashflow forecasting, and treasury management across EPC projects. This role demands a seasoned finance professional with experience in listed entities, capable of navigating complex reporting environments and maintaining high standards of governance and transparency.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Costing & Construction FinanceDevelop and manage detailed project budgets for utility-scale solar installationsTrack actual costs vs. budget across engineering, procurement, and construction phasesImplement cost control measures and variance analysis to ensure financial disciplineSupport bid pricing and financial inputs for new project tenderCashflow & Treasury ManagementPrepare and maintain rolling cashflow forecasts across multiple concurrent projectsManage project-level treasury operations including payments, collections, and fund allocationsLiaise with banks and financial institutions for drawdowns, guarantees, and working capital facilitiesMonitor liquidity and ensure timely funding of project milestones and supplier obligationsFinancial Reporting & ComplianceProduce monthly financial reports, project P&Ls, and cashflow dashboardsEnsure compliance with local tax, audit, and statutory reporting requirementsSupport external audits and liaise with auditors on project-related financial mattersStakeholder CollaborationPartner with project managers, procurement, and engineering teams to align financial strategy with executionInterface with regional finance leadership to support group-level reporting and capital planningProvide financial insights to support contract negotiations, risk management, and strategic decisionsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred)5–8 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or EPC finance—ideally within renewable energyStrong understanding of project costing, WIP accounting, and cashflow modelingExperience managing treasury operations and working capital in a project-based environmentProficiency in accounting and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365)Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsWhy This Role MattersA pivotal role in Malaysia’s clean energy transformationExposure to regional projects and cross-border financial operationsCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesEntrepreneurial culture with career growth across Asia
