Strategic Product LeadershipDefine and drive the regional product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with ambitious business goals.Identify breakthrough opportunities and lead concept-to-launch execution for cutting-edge fintech products.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to shape long-term product direction.Balance innovation with commercial impact, ensuring strong product-market fit across varied markets.2. Product Development & ExecutionOwn the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch, iteration, and optimization.Build and mentor high-performing product teams across the region, fostering a culture of ownership and experimentation.Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Operations to deliver high-quality, timely product releases.Define and monitor success metrics like adoption, revenue impact, NPS, and retention.3. Regional Coordination & Market AdaptationTailor product strategies to meet local regulatory and operational requirements.Drive regional consistency while empowering local teams to customize solutions for their markets.Partner with business leads and country GMs to prioritize initiatives that maximize ROI.4. Stakeholder & External EngagementInfluence company direction through product insights and strategic leadership.Engage with partners, vendors, and regulators to ensure seamless integrations and compliance.Represent the product function in board-level discussions, strategic reviews, and investor meetings.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.10+ years of product management or strategy experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.Proven success in building and scaling fintech, payments, or digital platform products.Strong grasp of user-centric design, data-driven decision-making, and go-to-market execution.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.Bonus PointsExperience across multiple APAC markets.Background in launching products in regulated industries (e.g., payments, e-commerce, financial services).A track record of balancing bold innovation with disciplined execution.
