Experience managing high-performing teams and driving a performance culture.Skills: Expertise in stakeholder engagement and the ability to develop trusted partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders. Excellent communication, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.Education:A bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.Personal Attributes:A strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution skills, especially in areas like data analytics, change management, and compliance. A passion for embedding DE&I into all facets of talent acquisition.High adaptability with strong results orientation, creativity, and resilience.
