Sysgen RPO is hiring Senior HR Business Partner for direct hire with our clientHere's an overview of the roleDirect hire with client from BPO/Outsourcing industryWeekdays work scheduleMorning shiftWork on-site in Quezon CityJob Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Partner with the CEO and senior leaders to scale organizational design and talent development. Lead efforts to unify and strengthen company culture globally.Talent Management and Organizational Development Develop and lead the company’s talent strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent across all functions and geographies.Oversee workforce planning to ensure the right skills and capabilities are in place to meet current and future business needs.Culture & Employee Experience Define and evolve the company’s culture strategy, ensuring it reflects the organization’s mission, values, and business goals.Review and approve employment agreements, contractor arrangements, and vendor contracts related to people operations, talent acquisition, and benefits.Change LeadershipDevelop and lead the organization’s change management strategy, ensuring people, culture, and structure are aligned with evolving business goals.Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).12–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR, People Operations, or Organizational Development, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive-level role.Proven track record in leading people and culture strategies within complex, multi-site, or global organizations.Demonstrated success in scaling HR functions to support high-growth or transformation environments (e.g., EOR/BPO, technology, or service industries).Core ExpertiseStrategic HR Leadership: Deep understanding of talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.Culture & Engagement: Experience designing and implementing programs that strengthen culture, employee engagement, and inclusion across diverse teams.Change Management: Proven ability to lead cultural and organizational transformations with empathy, clarity, and measurable impact.Employee Experience: Expertise in shaping employee journeys that enhance retention, wellbeing, and organizational alignment.Legal & Compliance: Strong grasp of global labor laws, employee relations, and risk mitigation practices.Vendor & Partner Management: Experience overseeing HR technology and external vendor ecosystems, ensuring performance and value optimization.HR Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in leveraging data and insights to guide workforce planning, engagement, and organizational health.
