The Key Account Manager needs to be able to devise a medium-term vision, based on thorough understanding of the key account universe, trends and opportunities with an attention for detail.Roles and Responsibilities Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by developing and executing the customer business plans for the region assignedEnsure perfect in-market execution, as per the KPI's defined, across the regionContinuously collect, analyse and review sales data - primary/secondary/off-take/market share data - by customer development, and identify issues/opportunity areasRegular engagement with the regional customers and regional contacts of national customers to build strong relations and drive organizational priorities in most effective and time-bound mannerJob SpecificationsEducation :Post-graduation (MBA) preferredExperience :A proven track record of 5-6 years professional experience in Key Account Management, ideally with FMCG/FMCD/pharma backgroundExcellent network of existing contacts and trade relationshipsKnowledge and Skills :Strong analytical, planning and negotiation skillsSuccessful front line retail negotiation experience and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and conceptual selling skills.Strong consensus building skills, with cross-functional leadership experience
