Our mission is to support SME owners and executives in achieving their goals, overcoming challenges, and scaling their businesses.Position Overview:We are seeking motivated and visionary Regional Directors (RDs) to lead our initiatives across various regions worldwide. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence and support entrepreneurs globally while building a scalable income stream.Key Responsibilities:Lead and facilitate monthly mastermind sessions (~6 hours per month) to foster peer support and strategic growth among entrepreneurs.Support local entrepreneurs by providing guidance, mentorship, and resources to help them overcome challenges and scale their businesses.Build and grow a community of SME owners within your region, serving as a regional ambassador for The Alpha Group.Contribute to the development of regional strategies to expand the reach and impact of The Alpha Group.Maintain ongoing communication with participants and provide feedback to improve program offerings.Qualifications & Skills:Preferred Business qualification or related field (e.g., Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Management, Marketing, Finance, or similar).Not in full-time employment (ideal for self-employed, coaches, mentors, business consultants, freelancers, or independent professionals)Professional-level English communication skillsWillingness to make an initial investment (required to secure your license)Proactive, ambitious, and committed to personal and professional development.Prior experience in coaching, mentoring, or working with SMEs is a plus but not mandatory.What We Offer:Comprehensive training and ongoing support from our international team.Resources and tools to help you succeed as a Regional Director.A flexible remote work environment.Opportunity to earn between £3,500 and £10,000+ per month as you grow your community and client base.The chance to make a meaningful impact in the entrepreneurial ecosystem worldwide.Why Join TAG?Trusted, global organisation with 10+ years of proven successActive in 24+ countries and expanding every yearA unique chance to own your success while making a difference in your local business communityInterested?
