Job Description: - Execute the franchisee growth acquisition strategy for the Company - Achieve sales target with respect to signing up Pre-school franchise - Be able to connect with HNI (High net worth individuals) audience and pitch our proposition. - Achieve regional sales operational objectives by ensuring centres are operationalized within the prescribed time limit as per organisation guidelines - Meeting up with the prospect on a daily basis - Should be able to generate leads through cold calls and schedule sales call within the prescribed geographical location - Will be reporting to the Zone Manager on the activities and their outcomes on a daily basis - Ensuring signups are as per profile prescribed by the organisation keeping the brand guidelines in mind - Should be knowing the territory/region well through territory mapping - Should be able to generate leads through the existing customers with the relationship skillsRequirement - Candidate should be passionate about sales and preferably from education industry and had worked with top brands in education - Having work experience of more than 5+ years in education/ IT/ Telecom / Insurance. - Should be a graduate /post graduate in any of the streams - Must be an achiever throughout his career
