Dirija lo que impulsa al mundo.Este Puesto Reporta aGlobal Business Line Manager,ExcitationIn this role, you will lead the Regional Excitation & Hydropower business with accountability for full P&L across the complete business value chain for profitable growth in alignment with the overall Business Line Strategy and People, Customer and Results focus.Main AccountabilitiesStrategic Leadership: Drives regional strategy for Excitations and Hydropower, ensuring alignment with global business goals and profitable growth.Portfolio Focus: Leads offerings in Excitation & Starter Systems, Hydropower Automation & Electrical Systems, and Rectifier solutions for Hydrogen industry including the related digital solutions and services.Operational Excellence: Manages end-to-end operations, including tenders, contracts, and organizational structure to support business execution.Performance & Sustainability: Accountable for financial targets and embedding sustainability across operations to meet 2030 goals.Growth Initiatives: Identifies market trends and drives both organic growth (e.g., cross-selling) and inorganic growth (e.g., M&A, partnerships).Customer Engagement: Builds strong customer relationships and ensures rapid issue resolution through empowered regional teams.Governance & Collaboration: Implements global standards and collaborates across business lines to share best practices and drive results.People Leadership: Develops high-performing teams, fosters future leaders, and promotes diversity and inclusion.Knowledge, Skills, ExperienceProfound experience in regional management role, P&L management in regional roles with successful prior functional leadership experience in Sales/Project Execution/Operations/Account Management and Service.Deep knowledge of Power Generation, especially deep for Hydropower Automation and Electrical, Excitation business and customer needs in the different segments, Utilities and Industries.Proven understanding of the complete value chain including third party supplier, erection and installation company; Seniority around risk management in complex environment.Proven personal leadership in building and leading large teams, shaping collaborative, diverse and inclusive organizational culture with high strategic and results orientation.Global mindset, inter-cultural sensitivity, and excellent communication skills.ABB Valora La Dedicación, El Compromiso y La Experiencia De Nuestros Empleados.
