You support and guide dealers in achieving annual B2B and B2C sales targets, in line with Hyundai and Astara’s strategy and brand vision. Through your close follow-up of performance within the region, you make a direct contribution to the growth and positioning of Hyundai.A Glimpse Of Your ResponsibilitiesYou achieve the B2B and B2C sales objectives within your region.You act as the main point of contact for Hyundai dealers in Liège and Luxembourg.You implement and monitor the operational plan per dealer.You visit dealers regularly and report using standard templates.You support dealers in marketing campaigns, lead follow-up, and stock management.You ensure compliance with brand standards in terms of CI, showroom, demos, website, and training.You develop action plans to achieve commercial and operational goals.You closely monitor performance and KPIs and take corrective actions where needed.You identify deviations and escalate internally when necessary.You support the rollout of Astara’s “one-stop-shopping” solutions (financing, insurance, etc.).You assist dealers in setting up and executing B2B and B2C prospecting plans.You ensure smooth cooperation between dealers and internal departments.You share insights, best practices, and feedback from the network with internal teams.You support local events and networking activities.You monitor customer satisfaction within your region (NPS).You track dealer stock (volume, turnover, aging).You promote the use of the Astara platform among dealers.You oversee the execution of the local marketing plan and related investments.You actively contribute to Hyundai’s market share growth in your region.You prepare periodic internal reports on performance and improvement opportunities.What do you bring to the table?You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.You have at least 5 years of experience in a B2B commercial environment.Experience in the automotive industry is a strong asset.You have an excellent command of French and a good working knowledge of English, along with basic Dutch.You are commercially driven and customer-oriented.You combine an analytical and critical mindset with a hands-on approach.You are data-driven and base your decisions on facts and figures.You are flexible and adaptable to change.You have strong communication and negotiation skills.You are assertive and confident.You have an empathetic mindset and easily build relationships with stakeholders.What do we offer you?A competitive salary package, complemented by an electric company car (including charging card), meal and eco vouchers, and comprehensive group and hospital insurance.An opportunity to work within an international, fast-growing mobility group where innovation is key.An inspiring workplace in our new office in Mechelen.Plenty of room for personal and professional growth, with targeted training and real career development opportunities within an ambitious organization.At Astara Western Europe, you’ll have the opportunity to truly shape your career as a Regional Manager within an international and innovative mobility group.
