Come and join us.What You Can ExpectYou lead the launch and growth of the brand in Italy, actively shaping day-to-day operations and driving results on the ground.You take full responsibility for the operational leadership, P&L management, and development of all stores and employees in Italy.You drive profitable growth, establish the brand successfully in the local market, and ensure alignment with global business objectivesYou define and implement sales strategies, create national sales plans and quotas, and ensure achievement of business targetsYou actively guide and support store managers with sales strategies, hands-on staff training, and driving operational excellence.You evaluate sales results and performance, identify training needs, and implement effective development measuresYou prepare and review annual budgets, monitor costs, and ensure profitability of all stores in your responsibilityYou analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for growthYou anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions promptlyYou coordinate and oversee store openings, expansions, acquisitions, inventories, and retail process improvementsYou suggest new services, products, and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfactionYou actively contribute to strategic decision-making together with the company President and global leadershipWhat we expect from youYou bring at least five 5 years of experience as a General Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or in a similar senior retail leadership roleYou demonstrate strong strategic thinking, planning, and execution skillsYou are experienced in budget planning, market entry, and multi-site managementYou have excellent analytical skills to measure KPIs and ROIYou are a strong leader who can motivate, develop, and inspire high-performing teams while demonstrating a hands-on mentalityYou speak excellent Italian and have good knowledge of French and EnglishYou are passionate about meeting and exceeding business objectives and building markets from the ground upYou are willing to travel regularly across the country and to headquarters as requiredWhat we offer youAn exciting working environment with motivated colleaguesA position with lots of personal responsibilityThe opportunity to contribute fresh ideasAn open and respectful feedback cultureIn-house and external further trainingUnique career opportunitiesGenerous discounts on our productsChocolate at workFree parking spacesDiscounts in the Läderach Café and staff restaurantOwn it.
