Please attach your CV in EnglishRegional Manager (Quality, Operations & P&L) - Mediterranean RegionSalary: €60,000.00 - €73,000 / year + discretionary Bonus + benefitsLocation: Hybrid/Remote (Turkey)Must have sold 3 years + Quality, Operations and P&L Management ExperienceMy client, a global alliance of quality management specialists in specific product categories that enables customers to meet their compliance goals, while managing risk and identifying disruption for growth are looking for an experienced Regional Manager covering the Mediterranean Region which includes 8-10 countries.Their experts continually work to raise global standards of quality through technological advancement efforts and placing the end users at the heart of everything they do.They pride ourselves on providing bespoke solutions to their clients, empowering them to thrive in their respective markets.They're looking for people who are Customer Centered & Innovative who Act with Integrity, a strong sense of Teamwork and a Will to Win in the marketplace.Key Responsibilities:P&L management:Maintain net contribution at target levelControl on costs (direct, indirect)Controle and improve profitabilityOptimize production costs through structural changes and automationPursue implementation of systems to increase productivitySave costs in non-efficient areas to maximize / enable better profile in other areasOptimize and secure middle managementOperations management:Maximize utilization ratioEnable better planning through:- anticipation- further training and guidance to teams- automation of schedulingMaximize efficiencies on inspections and auditsCentralized management of contract and due diligenceBring field teams to the next level of expertise through training and qualification programEmpowerment of middle managementTraining to reach better level of deliverables and contributionEmpower operations management to be involved in customers meetings and reviews with sales and KAMPerformance of field and back-office teams (Customers’ satisfaction + claims & complains):Improve overall customer satisfaction by reducing claims and complainsKeep claims ratio below 0.2%.Ensure proper start with new big customers in coordination with sales and KAM -> kick off meetings / training / SOP validationsExpertise development:Bring QC to inspectors to QA to QEWork with technical team to build the learning journey and qualificationDevelop expertise on main categories aligning to sales strategies and lab strategiesImplement expert technical audit teamContribution to business growth:Solutions to support sourcing and suppliers’ managementProvide support on creating more added value solutionsDevelop expert technical auditReinforce fast to market audit and solutionsNew solutions / services based on customers’ challenges + knowledge on the fieldQualifications:Fluent in English and Turkish language.Proven experience in a quality inspection leadership role within an international context.Experience working in the Fashion Textile or Manufacturing Textile industry.Strong knowledge of inspection and audit practices, with a focus on customer service and P&L management.Expertise in the softline industries, including an understanding of global market trends and customer expectations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and sustaining strong client relationships globally.Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of motivating and guiding regional teams towards shared goals.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree or international experience is highly preferred.
