Regional Manager Roll Out

Job Purpose: The role will oversee all aspects of network deployment in region – installation, expansion, and integration for new physical sites as well as a transmission network. It is responsible for construction and project management of new Physical Sites, including site acquisition, deployment of the transmission network, and supporting the network quality improvement strategy through equipment mapping and deployment of new power systems.Job Responsibilities: Ensure that the department is able to deliver the company targets for NPS roll out, new site acquisition and development, fiber deployment while maintaining the right levels of budget spend. Liaison with other mobile operators for alignment of common interest corresponding to CAPEX and OPEX saving. Getting passive infrastructure, negotiations with operators in setting up rational sharing costs, introduce a solution to maintain availability with a controlled cost like DC sharing, Swaps within already approved items. Liaison with power generation companies including but not limited to all DESCOs, semi-private and private power distribution companies to ensure that new cell site construction maintains its availability and retain ability indicators, and secure opportunity cost by getting sites quickly on-air. Control per site operational cost having the impact of P&L.Liaison with different security authorities like Defense, Cantonments, Air-Force and other civil/social organization for getting a considerable amount of space and energy sources where CMPak may able to build its infrastructure to provide cellular service and other engineering function can maintain quality performance indicators.Support engineering functions for an end to end project management of low revenue resources dismantling and relocations, moving resources from expensive slabs to lower slabs for OPEX control and savings.End to end project management, liaison with government authorities, timely invoice assurance and recovery and most importantly keeping management updated for upcoming challenges for all government-funded projects.Ensure proper acceptance and handover of the rolled-out network to Operations and Maintenance teams through a formal handover process.Own all network rollout projects by providing technical expertise and coordinate for end-to-end integration.Study network expansion/technology upgrade issues and make appropriate recommendations to increase the efficiency of network infrastructure.Manage optimization of CAPEX spending in network rollout, within the approved budget for each network rollout project, with a focus on customer uptake. Work closely with team and vendors in solving complicated network/service design and rollout issues.Transceivers addition and on-site adjustment by handling vendors of almost all tiers (may it be main international vendors or local vendors). Vendor management is inclusive but not limited to Work award, PO issuance, reimbursements, provisional and final acceptances, invoices verification and control, compliance over contractual obligation, and last but not least project closure. Scrutinize planned projects, structure them according to the milestone, identify a possible cost-effective solution, engage stakeholders, assign accountability, arrange execution resources, and secure end results according to monthly, quarterly and annual targets setting Ensure rollout delivery through B2S vendors and suppliers through turnkey rollout services and ensuring high quality network deliveryEligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):Education: Minimum of Bachelors degree with Civil, Electrical or any other relevant degree and relevant experience of Rollout, Project ManagementWork Experience: Minimum Experience: 4 yrs. or Above.
