Your role:Reaching out and keeping relationships with CMF & Trim designers and Paint Engineers at Automotive OEMs.Secondary: Keeping relationships with Consumer Electronic CMF Designers.Trend tracking: Keeping an eye on color trends: which new trends can be observed in Asia market. Creating and sharing reports with insights on those trends for commercial team as well as customer support in Asia. Push Marketing: Supporting the creatives at our Key Accounts: Speaking the same design language and keeping in touch with those creatives Support regional demo tool development: based on trend tracked or request from customer creatives or auto OEM designers, collaborate with InA as a BD to develop suitable demo tools to meet market demand, project development or introduce innovative pigments.This head count is hired with focus on auto OEM market in Asia, which is in line with Pull Marketing strategy of Asia and corresponding project management.Main purpose is to speak the same language with Auto OEM designers and key account’s creatives and through color and styling influence to increase business potential.Keep relationship with designers or creatives in customer or brand owners.Cooperate with trend consultancy or associations.Who you are:Have 5+ years experiences as a color specialist (e.g. Paint company) with color design, experience with Auto OEMs is a plus.Have sufficient knowledge in formulation of coating.Bachelor degree or aboveBackground of Design Degree is a plus (Graphic Design, Textile design, Product Design, Art School,…)Sufficient level of written and spoken EnglishBasic knowledge of how (automotive) paint is formulated.No restrictions in traveling
