This includes supporting digital and in-person initiatives such as webinars, third-party trade shows and conferences, and events, as well as campaign tactics across social media, PR, email marketing (Marketo), publications, and partner or association promotions. The Coordinator will assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, with a focus on driving regional engagement for conversion activities. This involves planning and coordinating promotional events, supporting content creation, and implementing digital marketing initiatives tailored to local audiences. A self-starter and team player, the Regional Marketing Coordinator will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and disciplined in following established processes while contributing practical solutions. They are a key member of the Regional Marketing Team, also part of the global Customer Experience Team (CX). They work closely with CX and the wider regional team (technical, administrative, sales) to ensure all initiatives are delivered to a high standard.You:We are looking for a B2B expert who has many years of experience in the following:Administrative Support: · Financial administration support including raising Purchase Orders, processing invoices and financial reporting · Maintaining a content calendar and uploading organic social posts to Sprout Social · Overseeing training uploads in partnership with the sales administration team · Other administrative support as required Event Planning and Coordination: · Coordination, execution and support for the delivery of regional events, conferences, webinars, and sponsorships · Coordinate logistics such as booth design/dressing, vendor mandatories, lead capture and promotional material· Post event reporting Regional Campaign Management: · Support and execute region-specific marketing campaigns that align with corporate and regional objectives · Coordinate with CX for promotion of regional conversion activities as part of global syndicated campaigns · Customise campaigns to fit local markets, adjusting messaging, visuals, and tactics as necessary Reporting & Analysis: · Conduct local market research to understand regional preferences, competitors, and trends. · Analyse campaign performance data and provide insights to improve future regional initiatives · Report on regional marketing activities and results to the regional marketing team Collaboration with Sales and Operations Teams: · Work closely with the regional sales and technical teams to support marketing needs and enhance lead generation · Communicate regularly with sales to align on goals, customer insights, and feedback from local markets Content Localisation and Optimisation· Maintain an awareness of local markets to understand regional preferences, competitors, trends, channels and cultural nuances · Optimise regional activities for local markets where possibleThe ideal candidate has:· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field · Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a regional or field marketing role · Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously while maintaining a high attention to detail· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal· Discipline to follow established standards and processes · Proficiency in marketing tools a plus (e.g., Marketo, ClickUp, Salesforce, Power BI)· Familiarity with marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus · Creative thinker with a customer-focused mindset · Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment · Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with a diverse team · Experience in a technical field and/or working with sales teams a plus · Languages: English mandatory, another APAC language such as Bahasa Indonesia a plus
