About the Client: Our Client is an iconic Hospitality brand, with long standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across Vietnam and Asia Pacific.About the Role: The Regional Marketing Director oversees all marketing, branding, communications, and digital activities in Vietnam, leading strategies to enhance brand strength, boost market share, and drive revenue.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans.Ensure brand consistency and commercial alignment across all hotels and channels.Lead brand evolution, creative direction, and campaign execution.Manage external agencies to maintain quality, brand integrity, and effective delivery.Drive digital transformation across CRM, SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.Leverage data and automation to optimize ROI, conversions, and direct bookings.Oversee PR, communications, and reputation management to strengthen brand visibility.Build strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance market presence.Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business; MBA a plus.8–10 years’ marketing experience, including 5+ in leadership.Proven record in multi-property or lifestyle brand marketing; hospitality preferred.Strong in digital marketing, brand strategy, and performance campaigns.Experienced in managing budgets, agencies, and teams.Fluent in English and Vietnamese.International brand or market exposure preferred.Willing to travel frequently.Due to an anticipated high volume of applicants, we regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
