This role combines strategic foresight with operational excellence: from designing scalable initiatives to personally driving execution on flagship campaigns. You will ensure marketing becomes a true growth engine, directly impacting business outcomes and accelerating our market presence.Main ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Define and implement a holistic marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives and regional market dynamics. Ensure marketing is recognized as a true growth engine, fueling pipeline and market entry.Commercial Impact: Partner with sales and technology leaders to align marketing and commercial strategies. Deliver measurable business results through demand generation, market expansion, and executive engagement.Integrated Marketing Execution: Lead initiatives across digital, content, events, partnerships, and thought leadership. Personally contribute to high-visibility campaigns and content that strengthen market positioning.Innovation & Martech: Leverage modern martech, automation, and AI-powered tools to enable smarter targeting, performance optimization, and data-driven decision making.Analytics & Performance: Establish clear metrics, track marketing ROI, and continuously optimize campaigns to ensure sustainable impact.Regional Adaptation: Localize and adapt global initiatives to reflect the unique opportunities and challenges of the region.Qualifications / Technical Skills12+ years of progressive B2B marketing leadership experience in enterprise software, technology, finance, or telecommunications.Proven track record of driving measurable demand generation and market growth in competitive sectors.Strategic thinker with a strong hands-on approach to execution.Experience scaling marketing functions across multiple regions.Deep expertise in digital, growth marketing, and content strategy.Proficiency in martech platforms, automation, and AI-driven marketing solutions.Strong commercial collaboration skills with sales and technology teams.Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.Additional InformationProfessional Growth & LearningAs a tech company, we focus on reskilling and upskilling to support career growth.
