With the freedom to experiment and the support of a talented team, you’ll turn creative ideas into campaigns that capture attention and inspire action.You’llDevelop and execute regional marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to our targeted countries. Lead digital and creative initiatives, including social media, events, and product launches. Plan and manage regional events - from concept and content to cost and attendance - creating buzz and driving engagement. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align efforts and maximise results. Manage agency relationships and budgets, ensuring high-quality output and strategic alignment. Funnel design work through our Centre of Excellence team in New Zealand, managing the pipeline and ensuring timely delivery. Champion the Gallagher brand, ensuring consistency and excellence across all channels.What You’ll BringYou’re a dynamic, senior marketer, and if you’ve come from an agtech or equivalent company – even better.You have led or mentored teams before and you know how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.The Successful Candidate Will HaveProven experience in regional marketing leadership (Africa & Middle East focus preferred). Full fluency in English & Afrikaans essential (French or Portuguese is a bonus). Strong skills in strategic planning, digital marketing, and campaign management. Experience managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
