You will be joining them as a Regional Marketing Manager, working to expand their reach and bring new and improved solutions to users all around the world.Job ResponsibilitiesDetermine the strategic direction and marketing objectives for the assigned product area, including the product line content, pricing and profit goals, and sustaining new product development or new product acquisition to achieve company sales growth and income objectives.Coordinate and create objectives and strategies for the product area, product plans, product line development, new product development, new product acquisition, education, pricing and profit goals, forecasting.Conduct segment analysis to facilitate product positioning and messages that resonate with the target-market segments, establish viable positioning options and determine which positioning builds the best defense against competitors.Measure market share and analyze competitor product offerings to translate in-depth competitive analysis into a winning product as well as create proprietary advantage for the company.Interface with physicians to understand specific needs and develop solutions. Review and use existing customers’ insights to aid in innovation.Evaluate new product and market opportunities within the assigned market.Oversee the development and preparation of the promotional activities which support the global marketing plan objectives and strategies for the product area.Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).Lead and participate in cross functional teams.Relate with company personnel, sales representatives, and customers effectively on a global basis for customer complaints, product input, market input, forecasts, and those areas where the specific individuals are responsible.Provide training on products to customers and employees.Job RequirementsMust have at least a Bachelor qualification. Bachelor in Business Administration with major in Marketing or Science Degree is desirableMinimum 8 years of product management experience, including previous sales and marketing experience in the medical industry.Must have knowledge Asia Pacific markets.Must be highly intelligent, energetic and aggressive marketing professional.Culturally sensitive and have implemented region wide marketing programs. Possess strong network with KOLs in the region.Demonstrated ability to write effective business plans, marketing plans, and product plans.Knowledge of marketing plan objectives and strategies for product lines.Demonstrated prioritization and organization skills.Analytical individual with an eye for details.We thank you for your interest and we regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
