Your new companyWe are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to lead product management and market strategy across Southeast Asia for a global leader in advanced medical technologies and healthcare solutions. This organisation develops innovative systems that support critical therapies and improve patient outcomes worldwide. The role requires a data-driven critical thinking marketer with strong business acumen and exceptional analytical skills, capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and making strategic decisions in a competitive healthcare environment. The successful candidate with experience in the life sciences industry will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle and drive strategic initiatives for field marketers. Your new roleThe Regional Marketing Manager will lead collaboration between regional and country marketing teams to develop and execute country-specific marketing plans, go-to-market strategies for new products, and overall business strategies. This role provides critical support to country marketing teams during new product launches and sales execution, while also developing regional and country-specific sales and marketing collateral. The manager will drive product lifecycle management and rationalisation based on market insights, build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and key customers, and support the Senior Commercial Manager during monthly business reviews by presenting market trends, competitive activities, sales performance, projections, marketing initiatives, and key account management updates. Additionally, the role represents Southeast Asia in communicating quality, product design, inventory, and application issues to global or regional teams, and organises marketing training programs to empower country teams for growth. What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with solid business acumen and strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting numbers and identifying business trends. Our client is seeking a critical thinker with life sciences industry experience to understand complex scientific products. The role involves managing the end-to-end product lifecycle across Southeast Asia and driving market strategies for field marketing teams. Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a regional marketing role within Diagnostics, Medical Devices, or Life Sciences.
